Logistics that simply work
Helsinki-Vantaa connects to 140 international cities. Customs is fifteen minutes. Domestic flights to Lapland leave hourly. Punctuality is cultural, not contractual.
Corporate Events · Finland
Nordic Event Management produces corporate events in Finland for multinational companies, fintech and SaaS scale-ups, listed Finnish enterprises and the international advisory firms that work with them. Kickoffs, customer summits, partner evenings, anniversary galas — produced as the decision-shaping moments they are.
In brief
The proposition
International companies hold their European customer summits, EMEA kickoffs and partner forums in Finland for three reasons: the country runs on time, the venues are polished without being theatrical, and the senior people you want in the room actually show up. Helsinki is a ninety-minute meeting that finishes at 09:30 and a four-hundred-guest gala that finishes at 01:00, run with the same producer.
We work with corporate clients whose events are not décor exercises but quarterly inflection points: a strategy that needs to be heard the same way by 220 people in one room, a partner relationship that needs to feel rebooted by morning, an anniversary that needs to mark the company's next decade rather than its last. The production is engineered backwards from the decision the event must produce.
Why Finland
Helsinki-Vantaa connects to 140 international cities. Customs is fifteen minutes. Domestic flights to Lapland leave hourly. Punctuality is cultural, not contractual.
Helsinki Music Centre, Allas Sea Pool, Löyly, the Finlandia Hall, private island estates fifteen minutes from the airport. Acoustics, lighting and AV that match what your global comms team already specs.
Producers, chefs, AV crews and hostesses who have run Slush, Davos satellite events and Formula 1 hospitality. No translation tax.
Finland's quietly devastating advantage. Twenty minutes of sauna after a strategy day flattens hierarchy and produces conversations the conference room could not. We design for it.
What we produce
Q1 and EMEA kickoffs for 80–600 employees. Stage design, programme architecture, breakout choreography, dinner, late-night band, return-flight transfers. One producer end to end.
Two-day flagship summits for 100–400 customers and prospects. Keynote room, partner expo, hosted dinner, executive 1:1 lounges and the kind of late-evening informal that turns into pipeline.
Annual partner forums, channel awards and EMEA roadshows. Production designed to make partners feel like the principal investors they are, not the audience.
Ten-, twenty-, fifty-year company anniversaries. Black-tie galas, customer-and-employee mixed evenings, founder retrospectives produced with restraint.
Two-to-five day leadership offsites in Helsinki archipelago, Lapland or by private boat. Strategy work by day, food and silence by night, full production on the ground.
Press, customer and partner launch evenings for B2B brands repositioning, expanding into the Nordics, or hitting a category-defining product release.
Signature production
The Finnplay Symposium model
A three-act international company event in Helsinki: arrival reception at the airport with brand pickup, a workshop morning in a curated studio space, a partner evening in the same venue, a closing gala for the international guest list. One producer, one venue, three distinct moods. Reference case in our portfolio — designed for international fintech / SaaS / iGaming companies bringing customers and partners to Finland once a year.
How we work
We start with the programme — the moment-by-moment journey of the guest from arrival to taxi — and design the venue, F&B, scenography and crew choices to serve it. The opposite order, which most corporate event work follows, produces beautiful rooms that fail to land the decision.
Every Nordic Event Management corporate production is run by a single senior producer who writes the brief, builds the supplier team, and is on-floor for the event. We do not subcontract. Our crew of fifteen-or-so trusted partners — chefs, AV, lighting, hosting — has been built over a decade and is the reason Finnish suppliers say yes to dates other agencies can't get.

What is the decision your event needs to produce?
