Helsinki, Tampere, Turku and abroad
We are based in Helsinki and produce events across Finland and in Europe. The producer travels with the brief, and local suppliers are contracted by us so the client signs one agreement wherever the evening takes place.

Our home city and the base for most of our work: restaurant and hotel openings, press evenings, corporate occasions and private dinners. We know which rooms hold a hundred guests without shouting, which kitchens can serve a seated dinner at that scale, and how early a terrace or street permit has to be filed.

Tampere
A recurring production city for us, from Saarikoski Breakfast Club to Ravintola Piemonte, Riihi BBQ and Ravintola Koski. The venue field is compact and the good rooms book early, so a Tampere brief benefits from a longer lead time than the same evening in Helsinki.

Riverside venues, archipelago logistics and a strong summer season. We produce openings, client evenings and private dinners in Turku with crew and equipment contracted locally where possible and brought from Helsinki when the brief demands it.

We travel with our clients to Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, London, Monaco, the South of France and Crete. Suppliers, permits, transport and staffing are contracted through us, and the client keeps the same producer from brief to invoice.
