We take a destination from the brief to published coverage.

A destination visit is a production: the right journalists or creators, a programme that survives weather and logistics, hosting on the ground, and a report that shows what was published.

In brief

What
Press trips, creator visits and destination launches produced for tourism boards and destination organisations.
Who it's for
Tourism boards, regional destination organisations and destination marketing teams.
Size
Visits of 4 to 20 participants, destination events up to 200 guests.
Cities
Finland, Lapland, the Nordics and European destinations.
Lead time
A press trip takes six to twelve weeks, a Lapland winter visit three to twelve months.
Languages
English, Finnish and Swedish.

The situation

Two different trips, often confused with each other.

A press trip and a creator trip look similar on paper and behave completely differently. A press trip serves an editorial desk: the journalist needs access, facts, interviews and time, and the outcome is one article you do not control. A creator trip serves reach: the deliverables, the volume and the usage rights are agreed in advance and the content arrives on schedule.

We produce both, and we say which one fits the objective before anything is booked. Programme, accommodation, transfers, permits, hosts, local suppliers and reporting run under one contract.

Who this is for

Destinations, tourism boards and regional organisations

  • Tourism boards and destination marketing organisations
  • Regional development and city marketing units
  • Lapland and Arctic destinations with a short high season
  • Airlines, ferry and rail operators launching a route
  • Destination partners who need one Nordic contact instead of ten suppliers

Typical assignments

What we are usually asked to produce

Press trip

Journalists selected by market and desk, access and interviews arranged, facts and imagery prepared, and coverage tracked after publication.

Creator trip

Creators selected by audience rather than follower count, with deliverables, posting schedule and usage rights agreed in writing.

Route or season launch

A visit built around a new connection or a new season, with media from the origin market and content produced for both ends of the route.

Press centre and on-site media service

Accreditation, working space, interview slots and material distribution during a competition, festival or major event.

Filming and photo production

Location scouting, permits, local fixers and crews for destination imagery you can license for years.

Trade and buyer visits

Programmes for tour operators, agents and partners, produced to the same standard as media visits.

The path

From brief to coverage

  1. 01

    Objective

What has to change: awareness in a market, bookings in a season, a route, a new product. The objective decides press or creators.

  2. 02

    Selection

We propose named journalists or creators with the market, audience and expected output, and you approve the list before invitations go out.

  3. 03

    Production

Programme, accommodation, transfers, permits, guides, weather alternatives and hosting — planned so the visit still works when conditions change.

  4. 04

    Coverage report

What was published, where, in which market, and what the material can be reused for. Only verified figures.
