We treat press as a guest list with its own logic. The press list is built for the story, not padded for volume; invitations go out with a clear angle; press material is written and photographed ahead of the date; and on the night, a member of our team hosts the press from arrival to departure, so no journalist is left to find their own way around the room. Afterwards we follow up on coverage and deliver a clip report, in Finnish and international media, so the client can see what the evening produced.
