Yes, restaurant and hotel openings, product launches and press premieres are one of our three core event types. We work as extended production capacity for brand and advertising agencies, or directly with a maison or marketing lead who briefs us straight.

Can you produce a corporate gala or executive dinner for a law, investment or technology firm?

Yes, that client set is a recurring part of our calendar. Executive dinners, annual celebrations and leadership gatherings are produced with the discretion those rooms require, including NDAs for staff and suppliers where the guest list is sensitive.

Yes, the private table is our third core context — private dinners, milestone celebrations and closed-guest occasions produced with the same production standard as our corporate work. No names or identifying photography are published without written permission.

Yes, side-event and satellite programming around Helsinki's key business weeks is a recurring brief, usually a curated evening for a single brand, portfolio or delegation rather than an open event. Venue and calendar pressure is highest that week, so we recommend briefing us as early as possible.

How far ahead should we send a brief, and what happens after we do?

Accepted Answer

Eight to sixteen weeks gives us the widest choice of venue and supplier, though shorter timelines are workable on request. Once we have your brief we send a first written proposal within a few days, covering concept, production plan and investment.
