Event and shoot styling

Styling that arrives
on site with the stock.

A styling plan is easy to draw. The hard part is getting the stock on site on time, building it inside the schedule and striking it without a trace. We sell the whole chain: plan, stock, transport, build, strike and return. Nordic Event Management has produced 200+ events across 12 countries and ranked 9th among the 13 best Nordic event agencies in 2025.

What styling is

Styling
is production, not a mood board.

Event styling means dressing a space so it holds up to both the eye and the camera: table settings, flowers, lighting, textiles, furniture, signage and brand elements as one whole.

Shoot styling is the same work for the camera: we build the environment the brand needs inside the frame — for product, food or campaign photography. On the shoot day a stylist is present, not just a list.

We deliver styling with the stock. We hold our own core inventory and work with contracted suppliers for flowers, textiles, furniture and lighting, so one producer also owns transport and strike.

Clients are restaurant and hotel brands, consumer brands, advertising and communications agencies, and companies that run the event themselves but need someone to deliver the styling.

Why us

Stock, transport and strike in the same price.

One price, no surprises

The proposal covers the styling plan, stock, transport, build, strike and return. Only agreed extras are invoiced separately, for example fresh flowers at day rate.

Build on the venue's terms

The build window is fitted to the venue schedule: usually an evening or morning build before doors, with strike immediately after or the next morning.

Built for the camera

Styling is designed around camera angles. We agree before the build where the evening's photographs are taken, and the detail goes there.

Stock that circulates

The core structure is our own inventory, reused across productions. That keeps the price down and cuts single-use material.

What we style

Events, shoots and seasonal styling.

Event styling

Styling for a dinner, opening or gala: table settings, flowers, lighting, textiles and signage. 20–300 guests.

Shoot styling

Set styling for product, food and campaign shoots: surfaces, tableware, props and lighting per the shot list.

Table settings

Table plan, linen, glassware, tableware, menus and place cards including print. Delivery, setting and strike included.

Flowers and greenery

Floral arrangements and green structure by season. Long-life stock instead, when the production runs for several days.

Lighting and atmosphere

Spots, candles, lanterns and exterior lighting. Power planning and cabling are part of the delivery.

Seasonal styling

Seasonal styling for restaurants and hotels: Christmas, summer terrace and campaign periods. Build, upkeep and strike under contract.

Reference

Styling that travelled to Lapland

One of our first styling commissions was in Lapland: stock packed in the south, transported to the destination, built in a day and struck immediately after the occasion. The same model repeats everywhere — styling is measured by being in place on time and gone at the agreed hour.

How it runs

Four stages.

Walkthrough. We visit the space or ask for photographs and measurements: light, power points, access routes, lift, loading bay and build window.

Styling plan. You receive a visual plan, a stock list and the price. The plan also states which camera angles get the closest detail.

Build. We bring the stock, build inside the agreed window and leave the space finished before the first guest or the first frame.

Strike and return. Strike at the agreed hour, stock out, space clean. Rental stock is returned and any loss reported.
