How much does a PR event or corporate event cost?

We do not publish prices. Every proposal is itemised across venue, catering, production and staffing, and states the full investment in writing before you commit to anything.

How far in advance should we book?

A press-led launch needs four to eight weeks of lead time to secure the right venue, photographer and media invitations. Smaller PR moments and brand activations can move faster, and we return a first proposal within a few days of your brief.

What does the PR event package include?

The package covers a producer who owns the assignment, a photographer on-site and a written press release, plus venue sourcing and guest coordination. Anything beyond that scope, such as creator seeding or wider media outreach, is added and quoted separately.

Do you work project by project, or on a retainer?

Most clients start with a single project so we can prove the fit before anything ongoing. Many later move to a retainer covering earned media, reputation management and standing event capacity, billed monthly instead of per brief.

Do you only produce the event, or do you also handle press and creators?

Accepted Answer

Both. Alongside event production we run earned media outreach, creator relations, reputation management and personal or company branding, so the room and the story around it come from the same team and the same brief.

Where do you produce events?

We are based in Helsinki and produce across Finland and the wider Nordics, with projects also delivered elsewhere in Europe. One producer owns the assignment end to end regardless of the city.

Can you keep a launch or event out of the press if we prefer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can run an event with no press presence at all, or limit coverage to specific outlets you approve. Guest lists and briefs are only shared with the people who need them to do their job.
