Spain offers the longest shooting season in Europe: usable light from March to November, with islands, city and mountains within one flight of each other. That makes a multi-location visit realistic without heavy transfers.
We produce the visit as one whole: creator list and agreements, flights and transfers, accommodation, filming permits, a day-by-day shot plan, on-site hosting and a report on what was published. Our clients are typically lifestyle and sports brands, hotels and resorts, food and drink brands, and property and travel businesses.

The schedule follows the local rhythm: shoots early morning and late afternoon, dinner after nine. Fighting it shows up in the images as fatigue.
Contingency
Beaches, marinas and historic centres require permits from the city or port authority. We apply in advance, and private villas are often the faster alternative.

A typical visit to Spain runs three to five days for four to fifteen guests. The shooting programme is built around the light, each day carries two main locations and one fallback, and the first post is timed to an agreed window after the trip. Season: March to June and September to November are best. July and August are too hot for daytime shoots in Andalusia, and the islands are crowded. In winter the Canaries and Málaga shoot year round.

First we define one thing: what content the visit needs to produce and where it will be used. That decides the creators, the destination and the rhythm of the days — not the other way around.

Six weeks is the shortest realistic lead time. For seasonal destinations the recommendation is three to six months, because accommodation and permits decide the date. Season: March to June and September to November are best. July and August are too hot for daytime shoots in Andalusia, and the islands are crowded. In winter the Canaries and Málaga shoot year round.
