Deliverables in the agreement
Volume, format, schedule, usage rights and commercial disclosure are set before travel. This is the single most common point where visits go wrong.
Influencer visits
An invited trip that produces an agreed volume of publishable content: creator selection, agreements, travel, filming permits, programme and reporting as one production. Nordic Event Management has produced 200+ events across 12 countries and ranked 9th among the 13 best Nordic event agencies in 2025.
In brief
Influencer visits
An influencer visit means a brand invites selected creators to a destination and receives an agreed volume of content on an agreed schedule. It is not a trip that hopes for posts, but a production where deliverables are written down before departure.
We build visits in three directions: Lapland in the winter and autumn-colour seasons, southern Europe in Italy, Spain and France, and the Nordic capitals. Same model throughout: one lead producer, one schedule, one invoice.
Our clients are travel and hotel brands, consumer and lifestyle brands, food and drink brands, and advertising and communications agencies producing a visit on behalf of their client.
Alongside creator visits we also produce press trips, where the audience is media rather than creators — the requirements differ, which is why they are planned separately.
Why us
Volume, format, schedule, usage rights and commercial disclosure are set before travel. This is the single most common point where visits go wrong.
A lead producer travels for the full visit. Guests never negotiate transport, restaurants or permits themselves.
Filming permits are applied for in advance and every weather-dependent element carries a written alternative in the proposal.
After the visit we deliver posts, reach, engagement and per-creator delivery against what was agreed.
Destinations
Rovaniemi, Levi, Kittilä, Saariselkä and Inari. Snow and aurora December to March, midnight sun June to July, autumn colours August to September.
Piedmont wine estates, Milan showrooms, Tuscany and Lake Como. The strongest window is the September harvest.
Madrid, Barcelona, Mallorca and Marbella. The longest shooting season in Europe, March to November.
Paris, Provence, the Riviera and Champagne. Destinations where access is decided by named contacts.
Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen. Short transfers and two cities inside one visit.
Same logistics, different audience: a journalist needs a story, an interviewee and time to write. Planned as its own format.
A representative visit
Two nights, three locations and a report within two weeks.
A typical visit runs three to five days for four to twelve guests. Each day holds two main locations and one fallback, the programme is built around the light, and posts are timed to an agreed window after the trip.
How we deliver
First we define what content the visit needs to produce and where it will be used. That decides the creators, the destination and the rhythm of the days.
Production then runs in stages: creator list and agreements, travel and accommodation, filming permits, a day-by-day shot plan, on-site hosting and reporting.
Six weeks is the shortest realistic lead time. For seasonal destinations such as a Lapland winter, we recommend three to nine months, because accommodation decides the date.
