Influencer visits Europe

Content
comes from logistics.

An influencer visit is a production where a brand invites creators to a destination and receives an agreed volume of publishable content in return. In Europe that means Italy, Spain, France, the Swiss Alps, Portugal and the Greek islands, alongside the Nordic capitals.

A European visit is bought for the imagery, but it succeeds or fails on local production: who opens the door to a closed cellar, who secures the permit for the square and who answers for the cars when the schedule slips.

We produce the visit as one whole: creator list and agreements, flights and transfers, accommodation, filming permits, a day-by-day shot plan, on-site hosting and a report on what was published. Our clients are typically premium and lifestyle brands, destinations and hotels, food and wine brands, and agencies producing a campaign from the Nordics.

We have produced visits and hospitality programmes in Monaco, the South of France, London, Zurich and Munich among others, with productions delivered in 12 countries in total.

Why Europe

One producer, one schedule.

Locations

We work in locations including Italy, Spain, France, the Swiss Alps, Portugal and the Greek islands, alongside the Nordic capitals. Every location is chosen for the shot plan, not for availability.

Transfers and arrival

Production is led from Helsinki and delivered with local partners: one lead producer travels for the full visit, so the guest never negotiates with a local supplier directly.

Permits and rights

Flights, transfers, accommodation and restaurant bookings sit in one schedule and one invoice. Cancellation terms and insurance are reviewed before anything is confirmed.

Contingency

Content rights, publishing schedule and disclosure obligations are agreed in writing before departure. Commercial collaboration is always disclosed under EU and national rules.

What a visit includes

The parts of a visit.

Creator selection

A curated list matched to the brand's audience: audience geography, engagement figures and previous commercial collaborations are checked before an invitation goes out.

Agreements and deliverables

Volume, format, schedule, usage rights and commercial disclosure are written into the agreement before departure.

Travel and accommodation

Flights, transfers, accommodation and restaurants in one schedule and one invoice — the guest books nothing themselves.

Shot plan

A day-by-day plan built around the light: locations, times, required permits and a fallback location for every day.

On-site hosting

A lead producer is present for the full visit and handles changes, transport and local partners.

Reporting

After the visit we deliver a summary: posts, reach, engagement and per-creator delivery against what was agreed.

A representative visit

Three days, two cities and one restaurant whose kitchen opened for the shoot alone.

A typical visit in Europe runs three to five days for four to fifteen guests. The shooting programme is built around the light, each day carries two main locations and one fallback, and the first post is timed to an agreed window after the trip. Season: In southern Europe, April to June and September to October give the best light and workable heat. July and August are hot and crowded, and it shows in the frame. Alpine destinations run December to March and June to September.

How we deliver

Six weeks to departure.

First we define one thing: what content the visit needs to produce and where it will be used. That decides the creators, the destination and the rhythm of the days — not the other way around.

Production then runs in stages: creator list and agreements, travel and accommodation, filming permits, a day-by-day shot plan, on-site hosting and reporting. Production is led from Helsinki and delivered with local partners: one lead producer travels for the full visit, so the guest never negotiates with a local supplier directly.

Six weeks is the shortest realistic lead time. For seasonal destinations the recommendation is three to six months, because accommodation and permits decide the date. Alpine destinations run December to March and June to September.
