In brief
Influencer visits Italy
An influencer visit is a production where a brand invites creators to a destination and receives an agreed volume of publishable content in return. To Italy that means the wine estates of Piedmont, Milan showrooms, Tuscan farmhouses, Lake Como, Amalfi and Sicily.
In Italy content grows around food, craft and landscape. The best material rarely comes from a built set but from a producer's table: a winery cellar, a cheese dairy at seven in the morning, a workshop where the same craft has run for three generations.
We produce the visit as one whole: creator list and agreements, flights and transfers, accommodation, filming permits, a day-by-day shot plan, on-site hosting and a report on what was published. Our clients are typically food, wine and lifestyle brands, destinations, fashion and interiors brands, and importers.
Italian food and wine work is familiar at the Finnish end too: we have produced the Osteria dei Mancini PR occasion in Helsinki and a Restaurant Piemonte event in Tampere.
Why Italy
We work in locations including the wine estates of Piedmont, Milan showrooms, Tuscan farmhouses, Lake Como, Amalfi and Sicily. Every location is chosen for the shot plan, not for availability.
Flights from Helsinki to Milan and Rome are direct, and transfers run on private cars. Country roads in Tuscany and Piedmont demand a realistic schedule — we do not time transfers off a map line.
Wineries, dairies and workshops are booked directly with the owner, and shooting rights are agreed at the same time. Without that, a negotiation starts on location and eats the shooting window.
City squares and historic sites require municipal permits for commercial shooting. We apply in advance and hold two alternative locations for every day.
What a visit includes
A curated list matched to the brand's audience: audience geography, engagement figures and previous commercial collaborations are checked before an invitation goes out.
Volume, format, schedule, usage rights and commercial disclosure are written into the agreement before departure.
Flights, transfers, accommodation and restaurants in one schedule and one invoice — the guest books nothing themselves.
A day-by-day plan built around the light: locations, times, required permits and a fallback location for every day.
A lead producer is present for the full visit and handles changes, transport and local partners.
After the visit we deliver a summary: posts, reach, engagement and per-creator delivery against what was agreed.
A representative visit
A harvest morning in Piedmont where the first frame happened before the cellar door closed.
A typical visit to Italy runs three to five days for four to fifteen guests. The shooting programme is built around the light, each day carries two main locations and one fallback, and the first post is timed to an agreed window after the trip. Season: April to June and September to October are the best shooting seasons. September is harvest in Piedmont and Tuscany, which gives the programme a natural reason to exist. In August many family businesses are closed.
How we deliver
First we define one thing: what content the visit needs to produce and where it will be used. That decides the creators, the destination and the rhythm of the days — not the other way around.
Production then runs in stages: creator list and agreements, travel and accommodation, filming permits, a day-by-day shot plan, on-site hosting and reporting. Flights from Helsinki to Milan and Rome are direct, and transfers run on private cars. Country roads in Tuscany and Piedmont demand a realistic schedule — we do not time transfers off a map line.
Six weeks is the shortest realistic lead time. For seasonal destinations the recommendation is three to six months, because accommodation and permits decide the date. In August many family businesses are closed.
