In Tampere we produced a rooftop opening alongside Unity Living's third anniversary, with creators, regulars and stakeholders on one guest list. 60 invited, 58 attended, 100 regulars included, and the occasion produced four pickups in Tampere media.

How it runs
Four stages.
Brief and objective. We review guests, objective and budget. A first proposal with venue options follows within days.
Venue and concept. Three venue options, a programme outline and a menu proposal. In Tampere the best venues are secured immediately, because there are fewer of them than in Helsinki.
Production. Technology, catering, staff, photography and schedule under one producer. The run sheet is delivered a week ahead.
After the event. Photography, a debrief and any media pickups, followed by what changes next time.
