Events,

The proposition

Refinement here is not louder.
It is more precisely built.

The Scandinavian definition of refinement is a quieter one. No chandeliers competing for attention, no menu printed three times. A single object on a table, lit correctly. A welcome at the door that uses the guest's first name and the right intonation. A sequence of rooms that lowers the heart rate before raising it.

We produce events for international companies entering the Nordics, for Nordic brands hosting their global stakeholders, and for private clients who want a room without a brand on it. Every production is designed from scratch — no template, no rotated décor, no recycled supplier list. The result is a room that feels inevitable, even though it took eight weeks to design.

Why Scandinavia

The region that rewards restraint.

A design language already aligned with understated wealth

Scandinavian design — material honesty, negative space, daylight — is the international vocabulary for understated wealth. The room is already on your side before you walk in.

Four capitals, two flights

Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo are within ninety minutes of each other. A multi-city programme — Stockholm dinner, Helsinki forum, Lapland retreat — runs as one event, not three.

Venues no algorithm has surfaced

Private islands, decommissioned chapels, art collectors' apartments, a Sámi reindeer camp at 68°N. Our venue inventory is built from a decade of asking and is not on any booking platform.

Discretion as a default

Nordic suppliers do not post. NDAs are honoured because the culture honours them, not because the contract requires it. Family offices and royal households work here for this reason.

What we produce

Productions for international clients.

Black-tie galas

Anniversary galas, awards evenings, fundraisers and brand-milestone dinners for 80–400 guests. End-to-end production: venue, scenography, F&B, programme, hosting team.

Brand launches & reveals

Press evenings, product first-sights, and editor previews for brand houses entering or refreshing in the Nordic market. Designed for image-led press coverage and one decisive moment of recognition.

Private milestones

Significant birthdays, family anniversaries, weddings produced for private clients who want a Helsinki, archipelago, or Lapland setting and zero public footprint.

Executive forums & summits

Closed-door gatherings of CEOs, investors, ministers. Programme design, venue, hosting, security liaison and the kind of post-session dinner that makes the forum worth repeating.

Multi-city Nordic programmes

A three- or five-day programme moving between Stockholm, Helsinki and Lapland. One producer on the ground in each city, one runbook, one bill.

VIP travel experiences

Curated week-long programmes for ten-or-so guests: design, food, sauna, archipelago, art. Designed in collaboration with private-travel concierges and family-office advisers.

Signature production

The Nordic Capitals — three nights, three cities

An itinerary built for twenty international guests: a black-tie dinner in a Stockholm waterfront hall, a private breakfast briefing in Helsinki with two Nordic CEOs, an Arctic dinner under aurora in eastern Lapland. Three nights, one producer travelling with the group, every transfer pre-cleared, every meal hosted.

How we work

A small studio. A long memory.

We are deliberately a small studio of senior producers, not a full-service agency stack. The producer who writes the brief is the producer in the room when the doors open. There is no account manager between you and the work.

Every Scandinavian production starts with a brief conversation: what the guests should feel by 22:00, who they will tell about it, and what the room must absolutely not look like. From that conversation we build a forty-page runbook covering scenography, F&B, sound, lighting, contingencies, guest journey and supplier choreography.

Multi-city Nordic programmes are quoted individually. Transparent line-item proposals provided after the first conversation.

Tell us the feeling the room should carry. We will engineer the rest.

Reply within one business day. Sought-after Nordic dates fill four to six months ahead — the earlier the conversation, the better the venue.
