The proposition

Private clients are not a smaller version of corporate clients. The brief is different — feeling over message, intimacy over scale, discretion over coverage — and so is the production. We work with a small number of families and individuals each year on the occasions that mark life rather than quarters: a fiftieth birthday in the archipelago, a wedding weekend at a private island, an intimate dinner with the eight people who matter, a quiet farewell.
Discretion is not an add-on; it is the architecture. No supplier posts. Photographs released only to the guest list. Venues that do not appear in any booking system. Transfers that do not file public passenger manifests. Producers who have run royal-household events and family-office occasions and treat your week as theirs.

Significant birthdays
Thirtieth, fortieth, fiftieth, seventieth. A long-table dinner in an art collector's living room, a weekend in the archipelago, a private gala in a city venue — produced for fifteen to one hundred and fifty guests with no public footprint.
Wedding weekends
Three- and five-day private weddings in Helsinki, the archipelago, the lakes region, or Lapland. Welcome dinners, ceremony, reception, late-night, brunch — produced as one continuous weekend rather than five separate events.
Family anniversaries & legacy occasions
Silver and golden anniversaries, milestone family reunions, retirement evenings, ninetieth birthdays. Designed with the protocol the family wants and the warmth the day asks for.
Intimate dinners
Eight, twelve, twenty guests. A Helsinki-trained chef in a private kitchen, a sommelier flown in, a single course of theatre and otherwise complete privacy. Often used to mark a personal decision rather than a date.
Seasonal house gatherings
Midsummer, Christmas, New Year's Eve weekends at private estates with twenty to forty closest. Full production behind invisible service: kitchen, housekeeping, programme, transfers, contingencies.
Memorials & farewells
Private remembrance gatherings produced with full discretion. We work alongside families on the rare and difficult occasions where a producer's job is to disappear into the wallpaper while making everything work.
Signature production
The Archipelago Weekend
A two-night private weekend on a leased Finnish archipelago island, sixty kilometres from Helsinki, for thirty guests. Friday: late-afternoon arrival, sauna, dinner under string lights. Saturday: open-water swim, lunch on the rocks, an evening dinner produced by a guest chef, fireworks at midnight if the family wishes. Sunday: brunch and a 13:00 charter return. Available May through September.

How we work
A short conversation. Then complete care.
Most private clients reach us through introduction. The first conversation is short and direct: what is the occasion, who is being honoured, how many guests, what must absolutely not happen. From that conversation we propose a producer, a venue, and a first reading of the weekend's shape — usually within a week.
Production is run by a single senior producer who travels with the brief from first call to closing the door. We build a micro-team of three to eight trusted suppliers around each occasion — chef, hosting lead, AV, transfers, sometimes a sommelier or florist — all signed under NDA, all known to us personally.
