Yes, and it is the norm for private clients. Names are shared with suppliers only when a booking requires it.

How late can a programme be built?

City stays can be arranged in days. Lapland in high season depends on lodging and guides, so the earlier the dates are fixed the more of the programme is actually available.

The situation

You sell the programme. Someone has to stand on the ground.

A Lapland week or a Helsinki weekend consists of suppliers who each answer for their own part: transfers, lodges, restaurants, guides, activities, security. Coordinating them from another country by email is where programmes fail.

We take the ground handling: suppliers contracted, timings confirmed in writing, one contact reachable during the programme, and a producer present when the client's guests are.
